Welcome to Unfollowers PRO. These terms govern your use of the Unfollowers PRO browser extension and of this website (together, the "Service"), operated from Bosnia & Herzegovina by the operator of unfollowerspro.com ("we", "us", "our").

By installing the extension or using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Unfollowers PRO is a browser extension that reads the follower and following lists of an Instagram profile you choose, compares them with your previous scan of that profile, and shows you the differences. It runs on your own device, using the Instagram session already open in your browser, and stores its results in your browser's local storage.

The Service is provided free of charge. There is no account, no subscription and no purchase inside the extension.

2. Licence to use the extension

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the extension for your own purposes, subject to these terms.

You may not:

• sell, rent, sub-license or redistribute the extension or any part of it;
• decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice;
• republish, duplicate or redistribute the content of this website as your own.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the Unfollowers PRO name, logo and website content, remain ours or our licensors'.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and reasonably. In particular, you agree not to:

• use it to harass, stalk, threaten or intimidate any person;
• use it to build, publish or sell datasets about other people;
• attempt to modify it in order to automate following, unfollowing, messaging or any other action on Instagram;
• run it at a scale or frequency intended to overload or disrupt Instagram's systems;
• use it in any way that breaks the law in your jurisdiction.

The extension deliberately does not offer bulk follow or unfollow, because that behaviour puts accounts at risk.

4. Your relationship with Instagram

Unfollowers PRO is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. "Instagram" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Your use of Instagram remains governed by Instagram's own terms of use. You are responsible for making sure that the way you use the extension is consistent with them. Instagram may change its website or its policies at any time, which may limit or break the extension's functionality, and may take action against accounts it considers to be using automated tools. You use the Service at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any action Instagram takes against your account.

5. Accuracy of results

The extension reports what Instagram returned at the moment of a scan. Instagram rate-limits requests, paginates large lists and occasionally returns incomplete data, and accounts may be deactivated, made private or blocked between scans. Results are therefore a best effort, not a guarantee, and should not be treated as an authoritative record. We do not warrant that the information produced is complete, accurate or current.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including this website and future versions of the extension, without notice and without liability. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, followers or business opportunity, arising out of or connected with your use of or inability to use the Service — including any restriction, suspension or termination of your Instagram account.

As the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with it is limited to the amount you have paid us for it, which is zero.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms or of any applicable law or third-party right.

10. Third-party links

The Service contains links to sites we do not operate, including Instagram and the Chrome Web Store. We have no control over their content or practices and accept no responsibility for them. Visiting them is at your own risk, under their own terms.

11. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension, which also removes the data it stored on your device. We may terminate your licence to use the extension if you breach these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia & Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts of Bosnia & Herzegovina have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force, and the unenforceable provision is replaced by one that comes closest to its original intent.
