Refund policy

Unfollowers PRO is free. The extension has no paid plan, no subscription and no in-app purchases, so there is nothing to be charged for and nothing to refund.
If anything ever bills you claiming to be Unfollowers PRO, it isn't us — please tell us at support@unfollowerspro.com.
If you bought an earlier version
Before the current release, Unfollowers PRO offered a paid plan, sold through our reseller Paddle, who acted as the merchant of record for those orders. The rest of this page applies to those purchases.
Your right to cancel
You are entitled to cancel an order within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason. To exercise that right, tell us by a clear statement — an email to support@unfollowerspro.com is enough. Please include the email address used for the purchase and, if you have it, the Paddle order or receipt number.
How the refund is made
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive your request. The refund is issued through Paddle to the same means of payment you used for the order, and you will not incur any fee for it. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few further working days to appear on your statement.
Beyond 14 days
Requests made after the 14-day window are considered case by case, at our discretion. If the product did not work as described for you, write to us and explain what happened — we would rather refund you than leave you with something that didn't do its job.
What cannot be refunded
- Purchases you cannot demonstrate, for example where no order can be located for the details given.
- Charges made by a third party that is not Unfollowers PRO or Paddle.
- Any loss connected with action taken by Instagram against your account, which is outside our control and described in our terms and conditions.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong with a payment, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Almost everything is faster to resolve directly, and we would like the chance to do so.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, including the right of withdrawal available to consumers in the European Union.
